For his signature ski, Alex chose a clean and cool topsheet, a reflection of his understated character. Flip the lid, though, and you’ll uncover a world of fun and inspiration, through a colorful collage of vintage, VHS-grain still frames pulled from the reel, “Dad and Homies 1975,” in which Alex’s father and his friends catch massive air and smash powdery pillows on the long, straight-skinny skis of yesteryear. It’s plain to see, style runs in the family.
